Overview

As the demand for improved indoor air quality grows, there is a need for practical analysis tools to assist in evaluation and design. IAQ Tools, produced by Taitem Engineering, is intended to provide a collection of such tools in a single integrated software approach.

Features

The following is a list of features available in IAQ Tools 1.0:
Inputs	Select from a wide variety of indoor gaseous contaminants, as well as other pollutants such as particulates, radon, asbestos, and lead.
Calculations	Flexible calculation options allow the user to solve either for ventilation rates, or for contaminant concentrations, or for contaminant generation rates. A transient contaminant model predicts changing contaminant concentration over time. A screen display graph of the output is provided in the Professional version of IAQ Tools.
Unit Conversions	Unit conversions include highly flexible conversion of concentrations, flow rates, and generation rates, including conversions between any mass-based and volumetric-based quantities. Includes both English and SI units.
Outputs	Customized reports for clients. Print directly, or save to disk as a text file for editing or importing data to the users graphing software.
